Windsor Hills Interior Design for Vacation Rentals

Every home in Windsor Hills sells the same gate, the same slides and the same clubhouse. The only thing a guest actually compares is the inside of your unit. That's the part we design.

01 / THE PROBLEM

Close to Disney. So is everyone else.

Windsor Hills is one of the most searched resort names near the parks, which is exactly why it's hard to win here. Search for it on Airbnb or Vrbo and you'll scroll through dozens of listings with the same location pitch, the same clubhouse photos and the same beige living rooms. When every listing makes the same promise, guests decide on the cover photo and the price.

That leaves you two ways to compete: drop your rate, or give guests a reason to pick your home at the rate you want. We've spent 20+ years running and designing short-term rentals around Orlando, and the second option is the one that holds up through slow seasons.

02 / BY UNIT TYPE

One resort, three different design problems

Windsor Hills mixes condos, townhomes and detached pool homes inside the same gate. A plan that works for a six-bedroom home is wrong for a two-bedroom condo, so we start with what your floor plan can and can't do.

Condos

No private pool, so the inside has to carry the whole listing.

The constraint
Small footprint, shared walls, limited storage.
The design move
One strong theme throughline, sleeper-friendly seating, built-in storage that doubles as decor.
Where the budget goes
Primary bedroom, living-room focal wall, kids' sleeping nook.

Townhomes

The most common listing type here, and the most crowded search results.

The constraint
Similar layouts row after row, small private pool decks.
The design move
A signature themed room guests remember by name, plus a pool deck styled for the photo.
Where the budget goes
Kids' themed bedroom, loft or bonus space, outdoor seating.

Pool homes

Bigger groups and higher nightly rates mean higher guest expectations.

The constraint
Every bedroom gets photographed, and every one has to hold up.
The design move
A room-by-room theme map so no two bedrooms repeat, and a game room or garage conversion if the plan allows.
Where the budget goes
Suite parity, game room, pool deck and lanai.
03 / STRATEGY

Design against the clubhouse, not alongside it

Your guests already get a zero-entry pool, water slides, a splash pad, a 48-seat theater, an arcade and mini golf with their stay. Spending your budget to recreate that inside a unit is wasted money. We put it where the clubhouse can't compete.

What the clubhouse already covers

  • Big-screen movie nights
  • Arcade games and billiards
  • Water slides and splash play
  • Fitness center

What only your home can deliver

  • A themed bedroom kids talk about after checkout
  • Real sleep: quality mattresses, blackout, quiet
  • A private pool deck that looks like the listing photo
  • A space where the whole group fits at one table
04 / HOW IT RUNS

From walkthrough to photo-ready

  1. Walkthrough and listing audit

We visit your Windsor Hills unit, review your current listing, photos and reviews, and look at what's winning nearby.

  2. Concept and room plan

You get a design concept, theme map and a fixed quote. No open-ended invoices.

  3. Build, source and fabricate

Furniture, custom themed elements, wall graphics and lighting are produced and staged for install.

  4. Install and style for photos

We install, style every room and hand back a home ready for professional photography and new guests.

05 / QUESTIONS

Windsor Hills owner questions

Do you work on condos and townhomes, or only pool homes?

All three. Condos and townhomes often benefit the most, because they compete in the most crowded part of the Windsor Hills search results and have less square footage to stand out with.

Can you work around my booking calendar?

Yes. We plan installs around your blocked dates and coordinate with your property manager so guests never arrive to a half-finished home.

Can I keep some of my existing furniture?

Usually. During the walkthrough we flag what's worth keeping, what can be refinished and what's costing you bookings.

Do you only do themed rooms?

No. Themed rooms are one tool. Some Windsor Hills homes earn more with a clean, high-end look plus one standout room, and we'll tell you which approach fits your unit.
